Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, transfers, and ambulation
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to licensed nurses and other healthcare team members
Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other medical procedures as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Participate in care planning and goal-setting activities with residents and healthcare team members
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
