Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:

2 years of experience in an office environment.
Job Functions
- Answer and route incoming calls; provide information and take messages.
- Handle copying, faxing, and mailing tasks.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
- Support the office manager and assist with special projects as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of general office practices and techniques.

Ability to communicate effectively with management, employees and visitors.
