Are you a reliable and skilled maintenance professional who works well within a team? Autumn Woods Apartments is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help keep our community running smoothly!
Position Overview
This is a full-time role focused on hands-on repairs and resident support. You’ll be part of a close-knit team and must be available for rotating on-call maintenance (including evenings, weekends) to handle after-hours emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry repairs
- Respond quickly and professionally to resident service requests and work orders
- Complete routine maintenance, preventative tasks, and unit turnovers
- Keep common areas, grounds, and mechanical rooms clean and safe
- Collaborate with the on-site team to deliver excellent service
- Work hand in hand with staff for unit turn make ready units
What We’re Looking For
- Proven skills in plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude
- Ability to work independently when needed while communicating effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is a plus (but not required)
