Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our team. Position available on our 2P-10P shift. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, ensuring timely communication of any changes to the administrative team.
- Support residents with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or behavioral health conditions by providing compassionate engagement and maintaining safety protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments following established procedures while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Operate electronic health record systems to document patient information meticulously and maintain accurate medical records.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
