Duties
- Safely operate various types of vehicles, including sedans, limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan efficient routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption while accommodating client schedules
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing special requests with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules, destinations, and any special instructions
Skills
- Proven experience in driving, shuttle driving, or as a delivery driver with a strong safety record
- Familiarity with limousine services or chauffeur duties is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness
- Ability to operate various vehicle types including bus driving or school bus driving experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices across different terrains and conditions
- Ability to handle logistical planning for multiple pickups/drop-offs efficiently
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated (e.g.,
driver license)
