- Plan and execute recreational activities, including but not limited to arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
- Adapt programs to meet the changing needs and abilities of our residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive community
- Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic care to our residents
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recreational activities and resident participation
