As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glen Burnie, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care to our residents, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Your duties will include:

- Monitoring vital signs, reporting changes to nurses and physicians
