Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Dietary Manager:
- Previous experience as a Dietary Manager or Dietary Director required
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Knowledge of dietary regulations and food safety standards
