Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Maintenance Director:
- Previous Experience as a Maintenance Director preferred

Ability to read and write in English, write and follow oral instructions in English, as well as understand labels and safety instructions and other department policies and procedures.
Ability to perform, and working knowledge of, routine plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry grounds keeping tasks including painting, wallpapering, and shoveling snow.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Ability to lift and move heavy items weighing approximately 50-75 pounds. - Must be fully vaccinated
