Now Hiring Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA)

12-Hour Shifts

• 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Part-Time Day Shift)

• 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Part-Time Night Shift)

8-Hour Shifts

• 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Full-Time & Part-Time Day Shift)

• 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Part-Time Evening Shift)

• 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Full-Time & Part-Time Night Shift)

Responsibilities of the Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA)

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Take and record vital signs.

• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.

• Maintain accurate documentation.

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications for Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA)

• Current Maryland Certified Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) certification required.

• Previous experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
