About the Role:
As a GNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, under the supervision of our seasoned nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team
- Assisting with feeding, hydration, and nutrition
- Participating in wound care and pressure sore prevention
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Developing strong relationships with residents and their families
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions
- Document resident care and progress in our electronic medical records system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
