Positions Available
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Provide nursing care and administer medications within the scope of licensure.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to support resident needs.
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assess residents and coordinate nursing care.
- Monitor clinical conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
- Support care planning, resident safety, and quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Current, valid Ohio LPN or RN license, as applicable.
- A commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
