What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Manager position at Autumn Haze Apartments/Catawba Apartments?
Autumn Haze Apartments/Catawba Apartments, Mount Sterling, OH is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Apartment Manager. The Apartment Manager is responsible in overseeing the overall functions of the community. Will train the right person for the position if no management experience. You must be within a 30 minute drive of the community.

Qualifications:
-Positive working attitude.
-Ability to lease apartments.
-Ability to work independently and as a team member.
-Be Organized-Capable of providing outstanding customer service and handling resident concerns and matter with ability to create win-win situations.
-Pass a background check and be able to be bonded (insurable).
The Resident Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
-Process applications for apartment including pre-qualifying and selection.
-Supervising maintenance/Payroll
-Marketing
-Maintaining community collection efforts on a weekly basis to achieve less than 2% delinquents.
-Processing all accounts payable in a timely manner.
-Property inspections.
