Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and safety.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental and emotional health.
- Medication reminders for our in home clients.
- Monitor clients’ health status, report changes promptly to healthcare professionals, and follow prescribed care protocols.
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, and meal preparation.
- Document record of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or concerns.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and consistent care delivery.
