Role Overview:
We are seeking a TikTok Shop & Creator Commerce Manager to support the execution and growth of our creator-led commerce programs. This role will focus on managing TikTok Shop activations, creator seeding initiatives, campaign execution, reporting, and paid content amplification to drive measurable revenue and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, performance-driven, and comfortable working across influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, and paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
- TikTok Shop Program Management
- Support the day-to-day management of brand storefronts and creator partnerships within TikTok and TikTok Shop.
- Identify and recruit creators to drive product sales through TikTok Shop content and affiliate links.
- Coordinate creator onboarding, product linking, and commission setup.
- Maintain creator lists, shipping coordination, and performance tracking.
- Creator Seeding & Product Gifting
- Manage creator seeding programs, including creator identification, outreach, product shipment coordination, and tracking of organic content.
- Identify and outreach to creators on TikTok to drive product sales through TikTok Shop.
- Maintain creator pipelines and track engagement/performance of seeded creators.
- Campaign Execution
- Support the launch and management of creator-led commerce campaigns tied to key retail moments (e.g., product launches, promotional events, tentpole sales).
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, creator briefs, and content approvals.
- Negotiate affiliate commissions, coordinate briefs, and manage creator relationships.
- Paid Boosting & Performance Optimization
- Identify high-performing creator content and manage paid boosting / whitelisting strategies to scale reach and conversions.
- Work cross-functionally with paid media teams to optimize content for performance.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign performance across creators, TikTok Shop sales, and affiliate metrics.
- Build regular performance reports highlighting revenue, ROAS, content engagement, and creator performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future activations.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
- Experience working with TikTok creators or TikTok Shop programs strongly preferred.
- Experience with creator platforms (e.g., ShopMy, Impact, or similar affiliate tools).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, affiliate revenue).
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment.
- Familiarity with paid social amplification and creator whitelisting strategies.
- Strong communication skills for managing creator relationships and campaign coordination.
