- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Lead and supervise regional maintenance teams, ensuring high performance through coaching, training, and clear communication of expectations.
- Oversee the management of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems—including high and low voltage equipment—and mechanical components to maintain operational integrity.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track asset history, and analyze maintenance data for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with facilities management to ensure HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and industrial equipment meet safety standards and operational requirements.
- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, or new installations with effective project management skills.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper handling of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, optimize resource allocation, and oversee procurement of parts and services to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections using tools like ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments to identify issues early and prevent costly downtime.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the regional maintenance teams.
- Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities with supervisory responsibilities for maintenance teams.
- Extensive mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience in high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and industrial automation systems.
- Strong background in facilities management including HVAC systems, building infrastructure, and safety compliance.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking is essential.
- Demonstrated project management skills for overseeing large-scale maintenance or facility projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication skills in English to clearly convey technical information across departments.
