We are a master distributor of car wash equipment, chemicals, and supplies. We are headquartered in New Prague, Minnesota and are recognized by multiple original equipment manufacturers among their top distributor partners nationwide.
We distribute, install, service, and manufacture a complete line of products for all types of car washes, from self-serve to full-serve, and everything in between! Whether our customers are building from the ground up, replacing an older wash, or adding one to their existing business, we help them create a car wash to meet their wants and their customers' needs.
Currently, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative that would be responsible for covering our territory in North and South Dakota. This role is directly responsible for sales of car wash equipment and chemicals at independent and multi-site companies. The position involves calling on new and existing customers to facilitate the sales of ASI products.
A prospective candidate will:
- Have at least 3 years of sales experience. Preference will be given to a candidate with mechanical, chemical, or construction-related experience and/or project management experience. Knowledge of the car wash industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, mobile applications, and other business tools.
- Salesforce experience preferred; experience with another CRM system will also be considered.
- Must be willing and able to consistently document sales activity, customer interactions, opportunity updates, follow-up tasks, and account information in Salesforce.
- Understands that accurate CRM usage is a core part of the sales role and is necessary for pipeline visibility, customer support, forecasting, and internal communication.
- Have a winning attitude, enthusiasm, the ability to learn, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with a team but do so autonomously.
- Exercise patience while developing and maintaining good communication and rapport with customers.
- Prioritize issues and manage time effectively to efficiently complete jobs.
We provide extensive training—industry-specific experience is not a prerequisite but certainly a plus.
Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week
Location: Prefer to be located within 50 miles of Fargo, ND, or Sioux Falls, SD
A valid driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain a DOT health card.
Salary and Commission: $60,000 - $100,000 based on sales results with no annual cap.
