Roles And Responsibilities
The essential functions of the Construction Solutioneer position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Help build multi-family, multi-story apartment modules in a controlled factory environment in Nampa using off-site construction methods
- Work collaboratively to support the production of high-quality, affordable housing
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Be eager to learn and develop new skills related to automated construction processes
- Stay well-organized, detail-oriented, and focused on team and company success
- Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership or supervision
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”
- Experience working with hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- A strong drive to maintain stable production and maximize factory machinery uptime
- A desire to innovate and create, with a willingness to push the limits of what has been done before
- A desire to implement processes, instructions, and strategies that improve team performance
- Proven ability to problem-solve and self-start
