We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership operations. Duties
- Lead and manage the dealership's overall operations, ensuring achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including B2B sales, outbound sales, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue streams.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor CRM software for lead management, and ensure effective follow-up on prospects.
- Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to optimize stock levels and product availability.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable deals and strengthen business relationships.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients through public speaking engagements, promotional events, and advertising campaigns.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing development to foster a high-performing team.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by ensuring staff adhere to phone etiquette, communication skills, and professional conduct.
- Oversee dealership compliance with industry regulations and safety standards while managing budgets and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership leadership roles.
- Strong background in outside sales, retail sales, high-end sales, and B2B sales environments.

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, retail math, and dealership operations efficiently.
