Autovantage Service Center is hiring an A-level technician who can confidently manage their own bay, diagnose with speed and accuracy, and take pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time. We're seeking an experienced, motivated professional who values teamwork, craftsmanship, and a well-organized, drama-free shop.

You are:
- A proven A-tech with 7 years in an independent shop (required)
- Skilled in full-vehicle diagnostics (drivability, CAN/bus, intermittent faults)
- Confident with electrical diagnosis (wiring repairs, schematics, scopes, parasitic draws)
- Self-sufficient — you own the process from customer concern to confirmed repair
- Professional, dependable, and committed to quality and safety
- A team player who values structure, communication, respect, and collaboration
