What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Coordinator position at AutoTec?
Work with senior management to help implement effective communications for all AutoTec companies and key stakeholders. Coordinate with individual departments and their business leads as well as outside marketing partners to ensure marketing materials meet the overall business strategy of AutoTec.
- Lead coordination between AutoTec and outside marketing partners in handling marketing projects and communication needs.
- Maintain social media content and engagement as needed for all the AutoTec brands, and monitor social media communications promptly.
- Update content on all company websites and explore opportunities to help drive traffic to those sites.
- Assist in creation of emails, one-pagers, brand stories, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters and videos used for internal and external communication.
- Create/distribute external and internal company communication pieces.
- Assist executive management team in creating insightful presentations and strategies.
- Assist in creation of internal and external training and educational materials.
- Manage email and text message communication for AutoTec brands to existing customers.
- Help draft and deliver content for media opportunities in industry and local publications.
