What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at AutoSuds West?
Overview
We are seeking a honest, dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Hours for this position would be 3 pm to 8:30 pm.
Winter hours change to 3 pm to 7:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers at self serve kiosk in purchasing washes or packages
- Assist in vehicle prep
- Regular cleaning of carwash office, tunnel and equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18
- Must be reliable
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout your shift
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
