As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality prospects and initiating meaningful conversations that drive our growth.
-What You’ll Do :
Campaign Management: Build and manage automated cold email sequences using Instantly.
Lead Sourcing: Utilize Apollo and other lead-generation tools to build targeted prospect lists.
Copywriting: Draft professional, high-converting cold emails tailored to different personas.
Direct Outreach: Execute cold calls to follow up on leads and qualify potential opportunities.
CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions.
-What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: A solid track record in cold outreach and lead generation
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Instantly and Apollo (or similar platforms).
Communication Skills: Exceptional written English and a confident, professional phone manner.
Strategic Thinking: The ability to research prospects and personalize outreach effectively.
Time Management: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
