As a Corporate Marketing Coordinator, you won’t just be checking boxes — you’ll help build campaignsdrive engagement, and measure real impact. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team that values fresh ideas and initiative. No day is the same, and no contribution goes unnoticed.

 

Location & Schedule:

  • Woods Cross, UT

  • Monday through Friday only

  • Full-Time employment 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:  

In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties:  

  • Managed end-to-end marketing initiatives, including pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, media buying, social media management, budgeting, sales support, vendor partnerships, and new product launches.

  • Collaborated with sales, product, and creative teams to develop branding strategies, identify target markets, create marketing materials, and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, print, and multimedia platforms.

  • Analyzed customer feedback, sales performance, inventory trends, pricing data, website traffic, conversions, and campaign metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and drive business growth.

  • Maintained accurate and optimized vehicle listings, monitored online reviews, ensured marketing and inventory alignment, and supported daily marketing operations through reporting, budgeting, and administrative coordination.

  • Created marketing content, advertising assets, multimedia packages, presentations, speeches, scripts, and promotional materials while managing production schedules and campaign execution.

  • Built and maintained strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, represented the company at trade shows and community events, and evaluated campaign performance to recommend future marketing strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • The ability to self-start, take initiative, and learn on the fly

  • Proficient in Photoshop or similar platforms

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel 

 

Education & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

  • 3 year of marketing experience or relevant coursework preferred

 

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Requirement of Multi-Factor Authentication apps on cell phone

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing for 6 - 8 hours

  • Visual acuity to read and type for 6 - 8 hours

  • Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 6 - 8 hours

 

Work Environment:

  • Indoor and onsite work location
