Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial sector, working closely with professionals who are passionate about finance. As a Finance Intern, you will assist in various financial tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations while enhancing your skills and knowledge in the field.

Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.

• Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Help maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in data entry.

• Utilize financial software to analyze data and generate reports.

• Report generation surrounding treasury management. 

• Assist in month end variance reporting and automation. 

• Participate in audits and compliance checks as needed.

• Collaborate with team members on special projects related to finance and accounting.

• Prepare material for executive team and board presentations. 

• Conduct market research to support investment decisions.

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Familiarity with financial software is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel required.

• Prior experience in SQL preferred.

• Prior experience with InDesign is preferred.

• Prior experience in Power BI reporting is preferred. 

• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development. Schedule:

• Part-Time

• 25 hour maximum work week

• Monday through Friday
