Retail Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring for energetic and personable individuals for in-store Customer Service Representatives. Starting pay is $15 an hour with opportunities for performance-based compensation and an amazing employee discount! Qualifications: Some previous Retail experience Cashier experience in retail store setting Basic car parts knowledge and/or a passion for cars Ability to work some evenings (up to 8:30pm) and at least 2 weekend days: Friday and/or Saturday and/or Sunday. Our store is open 7 days/week and work shifts will vary. A successful applicant must be able to work full time and have a flexible schedule. Other duties may be assigned. Talks with customers in person and assists customers in returning or exchanging products. Process purchases via cash or credit card. Obtains merchandise requested by customer and places merchandise in a bag or box. Assists customer in carrying out larger items to their vehicle. Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when return specialist is not available. Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise. Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales. Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of customer service or cashier experience and/or training preferred.
