- Manage and track all inventory from receiving to sale
- Oversee GET READY process and monitor vehicle status daily
- Coordinate with:
- Sales Managers
- Service Department
- Body Shop
- Office Team
- Track:
- Incoming inventory
- Recon status
- Open repairs
- Vehicle availability
- Ensure all vehicles:
- Are properly posted
- Have complete documentation
- Are ready for sale on time
- Monitor shipping & receiving (incoming/outgoing units)
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Keys
- Vehicle location
- Automotive dealership experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with dealerships inventory process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication across departments
- Full control and visibility of inventory at all times
- No delays in GET READY or recon process
- Immediate communication of issues or bottlenecks
- Daily accountability and reporting
