What are the responsibilities and job description for the Body Shop Office Assistant position at AutoPro Collision Corp.?
PART-TIME TO START (FULL-TIME POTENTIAL IN FUTURE)
Ideal candidate excels at providing customer service both on the phone and in person. If you are somewhat knowledgeable about cars or automotive terms, even better!
You will be the main point of contact as visitors come into the shop or call on the phone. You will field questions from customers, prospective customers, insurance appraisers and claims adjusters.
Ability to operate a two-line phone system, printer/scanner/fax machine, calculator. Must be comfortable working on a Windows computer and learning new software, as may be required. Basic experience with QuickBooks Desktop for Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, can work independently as well as with others, and is eager to learn the processes involved in running a successful auto body repair business. Must be reliable, as this is a one-person office.
WORK LOCATION: ON-SITE (NO REMOTE WORK)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
