We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a content creator & social engineer. If you’re passionate about social media, content creation, story telling, and want to work on a team who understands how to hack algorithms, we want to hear from you. This hybrid role combines content creation and social engineering to amplify our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive user growth.

You'll work alongside our Co-Founder & Head of Marketing, Chris, who learned from the ground up how to create content. He scaled our social media accounts from 1 -> 3.5M followers in just a few years including creating the Pelosi Tracker on X (1.2m followers), the Politiciantradetracker on IG (1.2M followers), his personal Tiktok (250K), and other accounts. By working alongside him, you'll learn and tackle the skill of story telling through short form content to further amplify the Autopilot brand. We're the most followed fintech company in the world with a viral product already proven to work.

What You'll Do

Content Creation and Marketing:

• Create engaging content across various formats: long-form and short-form videos, static visuals, and text posts.
• Get behind the camera for film story telling UGC content
• Design up statics and graphics for our branded accounts
• Edit and design clipped content into digestible, shareable pieces for different platforms.
• Help script and edit ads when possible

Social Engineering and Growth Strategy:

• Identify viral trends and create content that taps into these trends to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, drive attention, and build a loyal online community.
• Experiment with and optimize content types, posting schedules, and platform-specific strategies.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Leverage user-generated content and partnerships to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or social media management.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts or producing viral content (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and content management tools.
• Experience creating content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (X).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Comfortable being on camera when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experienced making content around finance, investing, trading, etc.
• Premiere Pro or Capcut skills
• Canva
• Figma
• Knowledge of digital advertising strategies to complement organic growth.
