What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non Woven Operator position at Autoneum?

- Operate needle looms, cross-lappers, opening systems, and associated nonwoven production equipment.
- Set machine parameters according to product specifications and quality requirements.
- Perform quality changes correctly (e.g., fold settings, width adjustments, needle board changes).
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain consistent product output.
- Inspect nonwoven material for defects such as thin spots, holes, streaks, improper folds, or malformations.
- Verify line width, weight, folds, and other critical product attributes during production.
- Follow standard work to prevent scrap and rework.
- Communicate any quality deviations immediately to the shift lead and supervisor.
- Follow all safety rules, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and PPE requirements.
