Sr. Workday Business Analyst (Onsite)

This role will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) module. This includes working with HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, IT, and other partners to define and implement new processes, demonstrate system capabilities, identify creative solutions, and resolve system issues. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of Workday HCM and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

This position will be onsite at our Irving, TX location.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis :

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday HCM processes and functionalities.

Configure and maintain the Workday HCM module to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Workday HCM landscape.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Workday HCM product roadmap.

Contribute to HCM projects by providing technical expertise and support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
