AutoNation is seeking a contract based Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, can operate with a high degree of ownership, and effectively manages stakeholders.
This is a fully onsite role based out of our Fort Lauderdale, FL- Headquarters (Las Olas Blvd).
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across different corporate business units (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Administrative, Legal)
- Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time, adjusting your approach based on role complexity and business priority.
- Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor—offering market insights, compensation benchmarking, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication at every stage.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools to support data integrity and reporting.
- Flex support across other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting large enterprise clients.
- Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
- Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence.
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
- Comfort in a matrixed organization with experience engaging executives and senior business leaders.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), and CRMs.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to support other business units as priorities shift.
