Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicle systems, including engine, electrical, transmission, and brakes. The technician will maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensure safety, and collaborate with the service team to provide a superior customer experience. Duties also include using diagnostic equipment, conducting vehicle inspections, and staying updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic equipment, tools, and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet deadlines
- ASE certifications or equivalent technical training preferred
- Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and customers
- Experience in a dealership or professional repair facility is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
