We are looking for an Automotive Store Manager with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of professional experience for our fast-growing auto repair business here in Roseville, Minnesota

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM WILL INCLUDE:

• Guest Check-in, including discussing previously declined work
• Opening day procedures
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Team Communications
• Building estimates
• Advising clients on needed repairs
• Assist on pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Parts ordering
• Part delivery to Technicians
• Assist in work distribution
• Check inspections
• Help to keep technicians on task, and on time
• Review completed repairs and applicable warranties with clients at vehicle pick up
• Closing day procedures

THESE SKILLS WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have Automotive Technician Ability and Knowledge
• Be a self-starter who likes to initiate projects and get things done
• Possess The ability to listen to customer concerns and convert them into written instructions for Technicians
• Maintain a customer satisfaction focus
• Display the ability to work well with a diverse client base, technicians, and coworkers
• Be a team player!
• Have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience working in a professional auto repair business is required.
• Have experience with automotive related software. This is a must!
• Applicants should have the ability to type well, be technically minded, proficient with modern technology and forms of communication, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
