Automotive Sales Manager needed for growing dealership in the Attleboro, MA market. This person will be responsible to drive sales, close deals, desk deals, and manage the sales team on a daily basis. It's important that this person is strong at managing incoming leads, training & developing the sales staff, and is someone who works well with the F&I department. Growing store with the dealer invested in marketing and growing the location. Great opportunity for a motivated Sales Manager that wants to make things happen and is a true leader to the variable team! 5 day work week, no late nights and no Sundays!
Responsibilities:
- Take an active, lead-from-the-front approach to driving sales and profitability.
- Coach, train, and develop a sales team to hit volume and gross targets
- Run morning meetings to get the day started and team motivated
- Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency, profitability, and long-term stability.
- Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor, actively engaging with customers and staff to push results.
- Establish a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on professionalism and accountability
- Work the desk, structure deals, and be directly involved in closing and TOs to maximize every opportunity.
- Drive consistent, month-over-month growth by improving sales strategies, lead management, and customer retention efforts.
- Develop, mentor, and coach the sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team training sessions
- Oversee internet lead handling
Compensation:
- Compensation package will be in the $125,000 - $185,000 range with room for growth!
