ENOUGH WORK TO TURN HOURS
A great hourly rate doesn't mean much if there aren't enough cars coming through the door.
Automotive RX is a busy, established independent repair shop in Nashville with a strong customer base and consistent car count. Our goal is simple: keep our technicians productive, keep the bays moving, and give you the opportunity to turn the hours you're capable of producing.
If you're an experienced technician who can diagnose vehicles, make solid repair decisions and work efficiently, there is real six-figure earning potential here.

You'll also have access to an extensive collection of shop-owned specialty tools and equipment, so you don't have to personally purchase every specialty tool needed to do your job.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced technician who:
- Has strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Can accurately diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns
- Performs thorough digital vehicle inspections
- Can efficiently complete repairs without sacrificing quality
- Communicates well with service advisors and other technicians
- Takes ownership of their work
- Understands that fixing the vehicle correctly matters more than throwing parts at a problem
- Wants to be part of a team instead of simply occupying a bay
- Takes pride in their workmanship and their profession
ASE certifications are a plus, but ability, attitude and experience matter most.
