Combo Technician (Auto Body & Paint)

Automotive Reconditioning Solutions LLC (ARS) is looking for a motivated experienced Body/Paint technician. Automotive Reconditioning Solutions provides cosmetic reconditioning services for auto dealerships across the Denver metro area. We are growing, and this position is available due to our business expansion. We are looking for a ambitious technician that is willing to grow with our company. We are busy, and there is plenty of work as our volume is constant. If you're looking for a position that pays well. This is it! Health, dental, provided after first of the month following 60 days of employment. We are looking to fill this position fairly quickly. Location is Denver metro area.

Essential job duties include:

-Utilize air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, etc. in order to complete quality work.

-Use paint color matching gun technology.

-Prepare color tint to match paint color.

-Mix paint colors.

-Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines

-Spray test panels for each vehicle to ensure color match

-Prep work.

-Insure that all paint operations are complete, all masking is removed and all prior paint-related

-Dis assembly has been reassembled prior to returning the vehicle to dealership

-Maintain clean, orderly and organized work area

-Submit auto body panel orders to supplier if necessary.

-Disassembly and reassemble vehicle after/before repairs.

-Perform quality control to avoid defects and do overs.

-Perform repairs on auto body panels.

-Perform repairs on auto uni-body and structural parts

Skills/Requirements include:

-Able work in different locations.

-Attention to detail-Multiple years of body work experience is necessary.

-Multiple years of paint experience is necessary.

-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

-Possibly will be painting and prepping outside.

-Possible expose to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions.

-Must be able to walk, bend, push/pull, kneel, crouch, stoop, reach or crawl.

-Personable, friendly demeanor with customer service approach to internal and external customers-Multi-tasking and easily adapt to fast paced environment.

-Ability to read and understand basic instructions. Write estimates and work orders. Write work order on invoice billings.

-Ability to communicate effectively.

-Must be at least 18 years of age.

-Reliable transportation-Self starter and ambitious
