Automotive Product Consultants, LLC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Time Adherence Manager to support our sales operations team. This role functions as an Assistant Manager and is responsible for ensuring our sales representatives are consistently available, productive, and aligned with inbound/outbound call demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize daily and weekly schedules to ensure proper sales floor coverage
- Monitor real-time adherence, including log-in/log-out times, breaks, and call availability
- Hold sales representatives accountable for adherence and productivity expectations
- Identify trends in downtime, missed availability, and inefficiencies, and take corrective action
- Partner with leadership to align staffing with call volume, sales goals, and peak performance hours
- Utilize workforce management (WFM) software to track adherence, generate reports, and analyze performance
- Proactively reduce idle time and increase the number of calls handled per representative
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve time management and overall performance
- Assist leadership with shift adjustments, staffing plans, and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company attendance and scheduling policies
- 1 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or call center operations
- Hands-on experience with WFM software (such as Calabrio, AWS, NICE, Verint, Kronos, or similar)
- Strong understanding of key call center metrics (adherence, occupancy, utilization, and call volume)
- Proven ability to hold team members accountable in a performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Previous Assistant Manager or leadership experience
- Experience in automotive sales, finance, or service contract industries
- Background in high-volume inbound/outbound sales environments
- Familiarity with forecasting and capacity planning
