Warehouse Supervisor

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, guide an engaged team, and ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently and our team motivated. You will:
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members to meet daily goals and maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
- Monitor warehouse workflows to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order processing.
- Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Set schedules, manage overtime, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, service, and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team hands-on when needed — we lead by example!
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of related warehouse experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve, make quick decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of computers and warehouse management systems (WMS preferred)

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
