  • Build Your Career with an Established Company: Join a respected automotive aftermarket organization with roots dating back to 1920.

  • Support recruiting, retention, employee development, and workforce needs across your region.

Drive Sales & Profitability

  • Develop and execute strategies that grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and improve profitability.
  • Review financial results, budgets, sales trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities.
  • Partner with Store Managers to establish priorities, create action plans, and deliver measurable results.
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive challenges to strengthen the region's position.

Strengthen Operations

  • Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, procedures, and operational expectations.
  • Evaluate store performance and implement improvements that increase efficiency and support business goals.
  • Monitor inventory, expenses, and other operational factors that influence profitability.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, service quality, and the customer experience.

  • Identify local market opportunities and adapt strategies to meet customer and business needs.
  • Partner with company leadership to align regional priorities with overall business objectives.

What You Bring

We're looking for a business-minded leader who can balance people development, operational excellence, and financial performance.

  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations, teams, or complex operations.
  • Experience developing leaders, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance, budgets, profitability, and business operations.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering consistent service.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and lead through change.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
