■ Position Title: SCM Analyst Support Staff
■ General Responsibilities
- Monitor customer orders, EDI releases, purchase orders, and material requirements to ensure accurate and timely supply.
- Track inventory, in-transit materials, container deliveries, and inbound/outbound shipments.
- Coordinate material requirements, delivery schedules, and urgent orders with customers, headquarters, suppliers, and warehouses.
- Prepare and manage domestic and international shipments, including shipping labels, commercial invoices, BOLs, and ASNs.
- Coordinate pickups, freight forwarding, milk-run schedules, and carrier deliveries, and resolve shipment or delivery issues.
- Support new part and engineering-related activities, including part registration, PPPS monitoring, test reports, and material information management.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve order, shipping, delivery, ASN, labeling, and compliance-related issues.
- Monitor customer scorecards, delivery performance, invoice discrepancies, and supplier-related issues.
- Maintain SCM documentation, reports, SOPs, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records.
- Communicate regularly with headquarters, customers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners regarding supply chain operations.
■ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or procurement preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
