Reports to: Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy
The global Automotive Hall of Fame is in a dynamic growth phase, expanding its global presence through its flagship Induction Ceremony, international awards, and year-round marketing activations.
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive marketing professional to support the execution of AHF’s digital and content strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys storytelling, and is excited to contribute to building a globally recognized brand.
You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to bring campaigns to life across digital platforms, events, and brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Execution
- Create and publish engaging content across social platforms to support inductee storytelling, global awarding events, and sponsor visibility
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting cadence
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and reach
- Support the execution of paid social campaigns
2. Creative Design & Visual Content
- Design marketing assets for digital platforms, events, and partner activations using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Support development of graphics for the Induction Ceremony, awards, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
3. Event Content & On-Site Support
- Capture photo and video content at AHF events (domestic and international travel required)
- Support real-time content creation during events (social coverage, highlights, recaps)
- Assist in post-event content creation (recap videos, highlight assets, social posts)
4. Website & Digital Presence
- Update and maintain website content, including visuals, copy, and event information
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand messaging
5. Collaboration & Campaign Support
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns
- Support sponsor and partner visibility through content and digital activation
- Assist in building and executing campaigns tied to the Road to Induction lifecycle and global award programs
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or communications
- Strong social media management and content creation experience
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro a plus)
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience with website content management (CMS platforms preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation & Work Environment
- Salary range: $50,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience
- Hybrid work environment (1–2 days remote per week, depending on team needs and event schedules)
- Two weeks of paid vacation and paid sick time
