Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager at our Orange, CA location. The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing payroll and benefits programs, conducting training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on human resources matters.
Qualifications
- HR Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in Recruitment, Training, and Onboarding processes
- Knowledge of Employment Law, Compliance, and Benefits Administration
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in fleet management, automotive, or services industries is preferred
