Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees equipment and facility-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing logistics, tracking project milestones, and resolving issues that could affect delivery or installation. The Project Manager will prepare project plans, status reports, and documentation, conduct site visits and inspections as needed, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role also involves expediting critical tasks, optimizing workflows, and continuously seeking ways to improve service and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience as an Expeditor or in Expediting functions, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, installations, and vendor activities efficiently.
- Ability to perform Inspection-related tasks, including site checks, quality verification, and compliance reviews.
- Relevant experience in automotive, construction, facilities, or equipment projects is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
