Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Hunter with experience or interest in the automotive and auto detailing industry who thrives on acquiring new customers. This role is focused on prospecting, cold outreach, and securing new wholesale accounts to drive aggressive revenue growth.
As a Sales Representative, you will actively seek new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and represent the brand with expert product knowledge and professionalism within the automotive detailing market.

New Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Actively prospect and acquire new accounts
- Perform high-volume cold calling
- Field visits, networking, referrals, and market research
- Expand market presence
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and new account targets
- Build relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
- New business development is commission-eligible
General Sales Duties
- Upsell products and services to existing customers when opportunities arise
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels while providing excellent customer service and product support
- Support and maintain company-provided accounts by building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow up on outstanding invoices, balances, and payment timelines to maintain healthy account status
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers and prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records for prospects, customers, and sales activities
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with sales associates, management, and cross-functional departments to support customer needs and achieve company goals
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Complete additional tasks, assignments, and special projects as assigned by management
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, meetings and industry events
- Willingness to travel and prospect outside the office as needed
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 3 years of B2B sales experience required; 5 years preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office applications
- Technologically proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, office software, and cloud-based applications
- Proven success in new business development, prospecting, and cold calling
- Strong sales, closing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed monthly sales and new account acquisition goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive or auto detailing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Copper)
- Comfortable using Apple products
Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
- Occasional weekends for company events and trade shows
- Travel may be required (approximately 25%, including occasional overnight trips)
