Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sunday: Off
Once fully trained, there is an opportunity to work every other Saturday instead of every Saturday.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor, establishing a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel
- Provide outstanding customer support by answering questions, resolving issues clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, updating spreadsheets, and managing filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing schedules to ensure smooth office operations
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing appointments, and handling phone etiquette professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- A friendly attitude
- Fluent in English and Spanish required to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Personal assistant or front desk experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48.0 per week
