Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems.
- Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, suspension systems, electrical wiring, and other critical components with precision and attention to detail.
- Interpret automotive schematics and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignment adjustments, and system inspections.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete repairs promptly while adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to estimate repair costs accurately and communicate findings clearly to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven automotive repair experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and automotive electrical systems interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools and electronic testing equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge as well as desire to further educate yourself.
- Skilled in vehicle maintenance procedures including alignments, wheel balancing, and system inspections.
- Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.
- Ability to communicate your findings to Service Writer and/or customers.
* VA State Inspector License or ASE Certifications would be beneficial, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
