Duties
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a high-performing team environment
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as schedule reconciliation and expense management using accounting software CDK
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with title, registration and warranty paperwork as applicable
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and spreadsheets for budgeting, financial reporting, record keeping, and data analysis to support dealership operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management within an automotive office setting is highly preferred
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Proficiency in CDK preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high standards of accuracy in clerical tasks such as filing and record keeping
