Job Title: Recreational Vehicle Claims Adjuster

Summary
As the RV Claims Adjuster, you will provide world-class customer service and adjudicate all claims related information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Verify contracts and vehicle eligibility for coverage
Record and assign inspections as required
Verify component coverage through contract codes
Use AllData, ASI and Mitchell On-Demand systems to research TSB’s maintenance information, parts and labor verification
Negotiate problems and customer complaints in a satisfactory manner
Use flat rate and “crash” manuals for parts and labor verification
Apply contract terms, conditions, and coverage to all claims
Maintain and update warranty reference file

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of work experience in RV mechanics
ASE or manufacturer certification preferred, but not required
Skill Level
Excellent phone and verbal skills
Proficient in typing (30 wpm) and computer skills
Strong mathematical skills
Must be computer literate and possess superior organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
MUST be punctual with Excellent attendance
Excellent written communication skills
Sound judgement and common sense application of the contract terms and conditions are essential for this position
Must possess expertise in negotiation and motivation of others as well as have excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type, wear a headset and required to look at a computer for long periods of the day. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of the day as well.
