We are expanding our fleet division and seeking an experienced Automobile Fleet Sales Manager to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
Position Summary
The Automobile Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing fleet sales strategies, managing key accounts, building new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close high-volume deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve fleet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new fleet accounts across commercial, government, rental, and corporate sectors.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing fleet customers to promote retention and upselling.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and delivery coordination.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to secure pricing, incentives, and inventory allocation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present fleet sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with service, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and represent the company.
Qualifications
- Fleet automotive sales experience with a strong track record of closing fleet deals a plus.
- Deep knowledge of automotive industry trends, fleet procurement practices, and vehicle specifications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ELEADSsoftware and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
